1. Order Cancellation
Your orders can be cancelled at any time before they go into production/printing. You can submit your cancellation request via our WhatsApp support line (+90 542 271 19 04) along with your order number. It is not possible to cancel custom orders that have entered the printing phase.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Pursuant to printing laws and Consumer Rights, custom-printed products (business cards, brochures, labels, invitations, etc.) cannot be returned for arbitrary reasons unless there is a tangible error caused by the Seller (misalignment, incorrect image use).
In case of detected defects in printing quality, new products will be manufactured and quickly delivered to the Buyer.
